Company profile
The company profile allows you to specify your company's information
such as business address, order confirmation email, and much more.
This information can then be automatically inserted into the "Contacts"
section of your store providing a quick and simple contact page.
QuickBuild layouts
Store design can be complicated if you don't know what you want.
With QuickBuild you can select from a wide variety
of professionally designed store designs.
Each design is free for store owners allowing you to create a professionally
designed store in minutes.
Fonts
Within your store you will want to have mulitple font styles and
colours for specific areas - body text, product titles, etc. The
fonts section allows you to easily define and edit any font styles
or colours within your store.
Colours
To help add more individual style to your store you may wish to
modify any store colours. These include background colour, table
cell colours, etc.
Free email support
If you ever get stuck with your store or wish to ask an expert how
to acheive a specific result you can send your question directly
to the ClickandBuild support team. Emails are generally
answered within the day sent so help is always close at hand.
Default content pages
ClickandBuild has a pre-defined selection of pages
to get you started with your store. The default pages are home page,
terms and conditions, contact, basket and catalogue.
Unlimited content pages
Along with the default content pages listed above you will want
to add in your own custom pages with individual content. With ClickandBuild
you can add in as many custom pages as you wish, which can automatically
appear as links in your navigation.
News
To help provide your shoppers with breaking news on your site there
is a simple to use news administration area. This allows you to set-up
multiple news articles, and even link them to individual or multiple
products.
Guestbook
The guestbook allows your shoppers to provide their feedback on
your store. Any feedback left will only appear on the store once
you have approved it so guestbook entries are controlled directly
by the store owner.
Image administration
Images are used widely on the internet to help provide a visual
addition to your store. The image administration allows you to easily
upload/edit/delete any image you wish to use within your store such
as product images or images within page content.
Logo
If you have a company logo you can upload it using the image administraton
above you can apply this directly to your store. This will provide
your store with your corporate image, and can be combined with the
"Colours" section to portray your company colours throughout the
store.
Telephone technical support
If you have an immediate problem with your store or have a question
you can't explain in an email you can call through to a ClickandBuild
expert who will personally run through any problems you may have.
Individual layouts
Your ClickandBuild store is built with a large variety
of pre-defined layouts which include product layouts, basket layouts
and main site layout. Each of these elements is individually controlled
to allow you to define which template is to be used for each section.

Shopper order tracking
After your customer has made their purchase they may wish to check
the status of their order and the items purchased. As a store owner
you can modify this information, for example if there was a problem
with sending the item out you could specify this within the order
tracking for a specific order.
Full product information
The full product information allows to you to display detailed information
including images (thumbnail and large), short and long product descriptions,
discount schemes and product attributes.
User admin privileges
Within your store you can specify multiple users who can log in
to make changes to the store. Each user can be 'locked' from editing
certain areas which makes it ideal to provide certain members of
your company access to only specific information.
Full product attributes
Attributes allow you to add shopper selectable data along with their
purchase. This could be something as simple as "Enter a message"
for a birthday card to a "Select your shoe size" selection list
for selling shoes.
Full catalogue reporting
From time to time you will want to know exactly what products you
have within your store. The Catalogue report allows you to create
custom reports to download data about your categories and products
with selection filters and sort parameters.
Shipping and tax
Probably the most overlooked aspect of selling items online is how
to set-up any tax or shipping charges. ClickandBuild
handles this by allowing you to create highly customised shipping
routines for shipping to multiple countries/carriers. Shipping can
be done per item, per unit weight and as a percentage of the total
order either per item line, per category of products or for the
entire basket.
Discounts
Discounts are important when setting up an internet business since
you may want to provide special "online discounts" to your customers.
ClickandBuild can offer discounts such as free shipping,
x for the price of y, and a percentage off an order allowing a wide
variety of discounts which can be applied to your store.
Order reporting
Once you have started taking orders through your store you are going
to want to be able to export the data out of ClickandBuild
for your own accounting. ClickandBuild allows you
to create custom reports for your orders which can be downloaded
and imported into a wide variety of accountancy packages. Since
the report output is defined by the store owner the output can be
produced to virtually any specification.
Stock management
If you are selling products with a limited stock you will want to
know that shoppers cannot purchase more than you have available.
ClickandBuild allows you to create products with a
specific stock level ensuring that you don't sell more than you
have in stock, it will even send you a warning email to inform you
if your stock is running low.
Downloadable goods
Click and Build can handle more than just physical products, if
you are selling software packages or downloadable material ClickandBuild
offers a secure environment making sure that the download only takes
place once an authorised payment has been made. If you require more

Trading catalogue
ClickandBuild offers different levels by limiting
the total number of products within the store. Whether you have
a small or a large business there is a ClickandBuild
option for you. If you start off on a specific option and then want
to expand you can simply upgrade your account package.
Storage allowance
To be able to upload images or downloadable products you will need
some hosting space to store them, each ClickandBuild
package offers different levels of storage for your store. Should
you wish to begin using more storage you can either upgrade the
entire package or simply upgrade the storage allowance, please contact

Integrates to WorldPay?
Trading online with ClickandBuild requires a PSP (Payment Service Provider) to take
and authorise credit and debit card numbers. WorldPay offer this
facility at very competitive rates, more information about WorldPay
can be found at http://www.worldpay.com. After you have your WorldPay
account there is no complicated integration to do - ClickandBuild
handles all of the integration from your store to WorldPay.
