You can email ClickandBuild support who will reply to your query within 24 hours. However should you require a more immediate response, or have a query which is hard to explain via email please contact our support/design team.

The 15-day Click and Build demo is primarily designed for you to trial the service and gain an understanding of ClickandBuild's features, rather than it being a staging area for you to build your complete store.
We can copy a demo store to the live site, although there is usually a charge for this copying service. Alternatively, you can re-build your store on the live system yourself and we can assist you with this if you have any questions.
To get order confirmation emails sent to you when an order is placed you will need to insert an email address and confirm you wish emails to be sent.
This is done in the "Store settings" >> "Company profile" area of the administration. There is a field for "Order confirmation email address" and also a checkbox to confirm you wish to receive them. Simply fill this information in and save.
